This is the best pound for pound gym! I've come across in small towns B.C
I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered this gym. Excellent equipment, good atmosphere, and centrally located in town.
By far the most terrible customer service Ive experienced. Came in to work out. Paid the high drop in fee and with in secounds of receiving my change. I decided I would buy a month memebership instead. I hadnt even taken the change off the counter when I ask to purchase a month membership instead to which I was told they couldnt refund the Dropin. I hadnt used their services or even left the front desk. I ask if they could discount the month fee by the cost of the drop in she rudely told me no refunds. If I wanted to purchase a month memembership I would just have to pay the full price and lose my drop in fee. I was so frustrated I walked out. Theres no way i will ever return. Im working in town for 6 months and was willing to pay for membership but not after that. If your the owner of this business and reading this i suggest making exception in policies.
I come almost every day the gym is clean The staff are friendly. Only one thing the men room does not have a proper hand drayer or paper towel
Good mix of equipment, friendly staff. Decent gym, especially for a smaller town.
