My wife and I Stopped in to have a quick beer and bite to eat last Thursday evening on the way to Vancouver. We were at first pleased to hear it was their local open mic. Unfortunately the drinks were Super over priced and the food was mediocre at best....The bartender seemed like he didnt want to be there and I dont blame him, the music was horrible and the host was extremely loud and obnoxious. Not sure who the owner of the place is but he definitely has to clean up the place and staff.... wont be stopping back in anytime soon.
Definitely one my favorite local bars. Great service. Great food. Always a variety of sports on TV. At night there is usually a live band or some event worth going too!
Stopped for lunch on the way back from Penticton to Edmonton. Food and beer were excellent. Location (patio overlooking the river) was fantastic. Prices were reasonable. Service was marginal. 3 times our server said "I'll check" or "I'll bring that right away". Nope. Not once. My husband went to the bar inside for his own ketchup. Too bad about the service. Could definitely be a 5 star experience.
Decent food, nice patio with river view and friendly staff. A bit on the pricy side though.
Food was okay, service was okay. Hit Google to find a place to eat as we drove through and the riverside dining got us in the door. I asked about bugs before we ate outside and was told not too bad. They weren't except near the end there was one wasp who would not leave my food alone and made us both uneasy. If this would bother you stay inside. Also there was an upstairs which probably would have a better view but I didn't notice until later when we were almost done.
