We stopped in here on the long weekend. Looked like a good place to eat .we ordered a club sandwich and a roast beef melt. Worst meal I have ever had . My girlfriend tried the roast beef melt .She could only eat half of it so I said I'll finish it because mine was a sandwich made of chicken scraps .I took one bite of it , couldn't eat anymore it was that bad. I don't ever write reviews but oh my god does this place make bad food. $32.00 for two sandwiches and fries. Incredible how bad it is. RegardsAl T
We were invited by friends to your restaurant because they had a wonderful experience and the food was fabulous. We also thought the foods was excellent. But we had an unpleasant experience with the waitress. I was sitting facing the window and the sun shone straight into my eyes. I asked our waitress if she could lower the window shades enough so the sunlight would not be directly in my eyes. She said no she couldn't do anything about it and actually she was about to raise the blind. This she did and walked away from us. My wife moved her chair as far as she could and I moved closer to her but the sun was still in my eyes. We expected better service and less rudeness.
We always love to stop here for a yummy burger and their amazing milkshakes! The staff makes you feel very welcome. If you are stopping in Golden, you really should put this on your list. Good food, good people!
It feels just like a good old diner from the 1950s, and has all the food to go with it. The BATHROOMS are, thankfully, modern and lovely. The staff is fantastic. If I lived nearby, I would be a frequent customer.
Really friendly servers. I had an excellent Club Sandwich with a perfectly dressed caeser salad. Great outdoor seating, with quick to arrive good for highway travellers like myself.
